Looking for a marketing partner to introduce your AI API, LLM gateway, or developer tool to Chinese-speaking users?

Shuishan AI Talks helps turn working products into Chinese technical demos, tutorials, and creator campaigns. We combine our own audience with creator discovery and campaign planning, giving API providers a practical way to test demand in the Chinese market.

Our channels have 200,000+ combined followers. One historical video reached approximately 990,000 views and 28,000 likes. Our team's creator prospect database contains more than 60,000 records for identifying potential campaign partners.

Send us your product, target audience, and budget range. We can discuss a campaign covering the use case, content, distribution, and measurement.

Who we work with

We welcome teams with a working product and a clear reason for developers or businesses to use it:

  • AI and LLM API providers: text, reasoning, multimodal, image, video, and speech APIs.
  • AI gateways and model platforms: unified endpoints, routing, failover, usage management, and project budgets.
  • LLM optimization and operations tools: caching, context processing, observability, evaluation, and inference services.
  • Agent and developer tools: SDKs, automation, tool calling, and workflow platforms.
  • Developer infrastructure companies: GPU services, inference hosting, cloud servers, and related products.

Your team can be based anywhere. English documentation is a workable starting point. A Chinese content partnership can begin with one use case before you commit to a broader market launch.

Developer marketing in China starts with a working use case

An API buyer needs to understand what the product can do, how to integrate it, what a real task costs, and where the limitations are.

We build content around that decision process:

  1. Show a useful task and its result.
  2. Explain the steps needed to reproduce it.
  3. Report the test conditions, usage, and limitations.
  4. Give interested viewers a clear route to documentation and a trial.
  5. Where tracking is available, follow the journey through registration, a first successful API call, and paid usage.

A gateway campaign could demonstrate an agent workflow using a unified endpoint. An image API campaign could show a script producing a usable set of assets. A cost optimization product could be tested against a baseline on the same task, with an agreed quality check.

The product determines the story. Testing should establish which claims the content can support.

Our Chinese creator channels and content examples

The Shuishan AI Talks rate card lists seven platforms: Douyin, WeChat Channels, REDnote/Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Weibo, YouTube, and Kuaishou.

For international teams, Douyin is the Chinese short-video platform, separate from TikTok. REDnote is also known as Xiaohongshu. We can discuss which channels fit your intended users and content format.

Two historical examples show the reach and discussion our content has generated:

Example 1: Approximately 990,000 views

Example 2: Approximately 220,000 views

Comments can also guide the next piece of content. Questions about setup, pricing, use cases, and limitations help reveal what viewers need before trying a product. A campaign can include a review of these questions and recommendations for follow-up tutorials.

Figures are historical, team-reported snapshots and may change. They demonstrate content reach and engagement; API customer acquisition and paid conversion have not been established for these two examples. Combined follower counts are not deduplicated across platforms. Future campaign results will vary.

China KOL and KOC marketing: Find creators for specific use cases

Alongside our own channels, we maintain a database for discovering potential Chinese creator partners. An internal dashboard supplied by our team shows 63,226 creator records.

This gives us a starting point for finding creators whose subjects and audiences match your product. For an API campaign, potential fits include programming educators, independent builders, AI workflow creators, and specialists in design, video, or business productivity.

In China, KOL commonly refers to an influential creator. KOC campaigns often involve smaller creators with more specific communities. For technical products, we look for people who can explain the use case and demonstrate it credibly.

Smaller creators can make it practical to test several use cases and presentations. Pricing and results still need to be assessed for each campaign. We recommend starting with a selected pilot and expanding the combinations that show useful results.

The database is a prospect pool. Its record count does not represent contracted, active, or immediately available creators. Creator suitability, availability, and terms are confirmed during planning.

AI API promotion services

Product testing and a Chinese content launch

Start with a focused demonstration for Chinese-speaking users. An agreed scope can include hands-on testing, a video, a tutorial or article, selected publishing channels, and a clear trial entry point.

This is a practical first step if you want to learn which product benefit resonates before commissioning a larger campaign.

Multi-platform content and a creator pilot

Test several use cases or creator profiles. We can plan the content angles, identify potential partners, and coordinate an agreed set of placements. Distinct campaign links or invitation codes help connect results to individual channels where tracking permits.

Ongoing developer marketing

Build a series around tutorials, product updates, integration questions, and user feedback. This gives your team a way to develop Chinese content over time and refine distribution using the data available.

Deliverables, timing, content rights, and pricing are agreed for each project.

To discuss a proposal, email shuishan@thiflow.com with your product URL, target users, budget range, and preferred launch window.

Sponsorship fees, affiliate programs, and revenue share

We can discuss fixed production and promotion fees, a fee plus affiliate commission, or a longer-term arrangement suited to your product. Affiliate-only proposals are considered based on product fit, testing, and conversion conditions.

Trial credits support evaluation. The scope and commercial terms for producing and distributing content are agreed separately.

For an affiliate arrangement, both sides should understand attribution, commission calculations, refunds, payout timing, and the treatment of existing referrals after the partnership ends.

See our public sponsorship rate card for channel information and individual video rates. Series and creator campaigns are scoped separately.

Measuring API user acquisition

We suggest agreeing on three levels of measurement before launch:

  • Content: views, viewing behavior, engagement, and questions that indicate interest.
  • Acquisition: attributable visits, registrations, trial requests, and first successful API calls.
  • Business results: paid accounts, repeat purchases, and usage that your team can share and verify under an agreed definition.

A first successful call is a useful activation milestone for an API product. Enterprise inquiries may need a separate follow-up process and a longer evaluation window.

Attribution has limits. Someone may see a video, switch devices, and search for your brand later. We agree on the available data and reporting method during planning.

Frequently asked questions

Can an overseas AI company work with you?

Yes. Contact us in English or Chinese with your product and intended users. We can discuss Chinese content production, channels, and an initial campaign.

Can we start without a Chinese website?

We can assess your current onboarding first. Users need to understand the offer, register, find documentation, and complete a successful call. Chinese tutorials, landing page copy, or trial instructions can be included in a proposal.

Do you accept affiliate-only partnerships?

You are welcome to submit a proposal. Acceptance depends on the product, audience fit, and conversion conditions. A production and promotion budget makes it easier to define committed deliverables.

Do you guarantee views or API revenue?

No. Historical reach is a reference. We agree on deliverables, test conditions, tracking, and reporting; outcomes depend on the product, content, audience, and platform distribution.

What should we send you?

Your website and API documentation, core use case, target customer, trial access, campaign objective, budget range, and launch window.

Discuss your China marketing campaign

If you are looking for AI API marketing in China, Chinese developer outreach, AI creator sponsorships, or a KOL/KOC campaign, tell us what you are building and who should use it.

We can help define a demonstration, a distribution plan, and a way to evaluate actual product adoption.
